Three simple marks give your document shape. Type them at the start of a line and the studio styles them for you.
Start a line with # and it becomes a heading:
Headings do double duty — they also become the entries in your exported PDF's bookmarks panel (Module 7).
Wrap a line in == to get a bold, highlighted-bar title — great for section dividers and callouts:
